Have been charged $49.95 for May, but still says it’s a shipping label. Even though they mailed me saying it has shipped. I have canceled my subscription and asked for a refund. These people refuse to reply. Stay away. No customer service at all.
This companys customer service is trash. They lied to me saying they shipped my order on May 21st and it still hasnt arrived. The shipping link they gave shows label not created. Their customer service employees keeps saying they will send my order and it still hasnt come a month later. I cancelled my subscription. I have the numerous emails and screenshots catching them in their lies. Pathetic.

My family and I signed up for the monthly 5+ box. This last few months we have been receiving barely 3 items and one of the items is from our hometown. We had to cancel and find another box. Don’t waste your time. It’s cheaper to get snacks from your grocery store.
Told I had expected delivery today, yet still hasn't been recieved by USPS. Although they have had my item for a few days now an are only 30 minutes away. Where is my package at? I'll come get it myself with it being so close!!!
***UPDATE*** Package arrived 5-3-21. I also want to add that I live in an apt, an they say your box will be delivered to your front door but it was left at the leasing office instead. Giving 2 stars now b/c at least the treats aren't bad. First and last time buyer!
Don't send to your military loved ones. It will never get there. And they also charge you for shipping in addition to the low monthly rate. Just don't do it.
Tried to cancel my subscription, but it somehow did not go through. I realized this when I saw the charge on my credit card for the next month of Munchpak. I immediately reached out to their customer service team and was told that they can't do refunds on monthly subscriptions, despite the fact that I had tried to cancel it before and the order had not shipped yet. Even if the issue was that I forgot to cancel, most companies would be more than willing to refund and cancel the order, since it hadn't shipped yet. Not Munchpak. The boxes are cool, but do not expect much if you ever have an issue and need to talk to their customer service team.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MUNCHPAK, READ ALL OF THE TINY FINE PRINT OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY.
There is a lot to their terms and conditions of purchase that would make a lawyer gasp.
Example: Just one (1) purchase constitutes an agreement to a basic subscription with a minimum mandatory length of participation.
This automatic subscription won't end until you inform them that you want out. Then they get a grace period before they are required to actually stop billing and sending you more.
To make things worse:
99.9% of all the snacks they provide can be purchased in person at any international isle of local supermarkets here in the United States.
Kinder, Mamba, Bombei, Rap Snacks, Lucas, Bubulubu, de la Rosa, wine gums, Botan rice candy etc. And at a much lower price.
I can get 20 lbs of international snacks for like $40. Instead of paying $40 for just 5- 3oz. snacks.
Complete waste of money, Very disappointing. Most of the stuff was disgusting crap that went straight in the trash, or it was common items that i could just walk down the street to my local Walmart and purchase.
I have subscriptions with 5 other services (Hulu, disney+, ps+, Xbox gold, and spotify) and have never once had an issue with auto renewal. I know it's an issue people complain about online, but I always turn it on and off and never have issues. I signed up for one box on this site, turned off auto renewal, and went on my way. Unfortunately, unlike other companies, their auto renewal seems to "turn on on its own" when i have proof i turned it off, and never went back to the site afterwards. The moment I realized this was a scheme though, was when instead of having good customer service support, they instead chose to tell me that all sales are final and then ignore me. Gee, I wonder what happened there...no wonder their review scores are low. Bank reversal is currently in progress.
I have had munchpak for almost seven months I have had no issues what so ever...I just wish they had a little more variety seems a little heavy with the wafers and gummy candy month after month
I use to love this box. But my last box didn't arrive with the correct booklet which is very important to me. I reached out to customer service and they didnt want to help me. They asked me what snacks I received--they wanted to complete list. I told them I already throw away the box. The snacks were junk and I didnt even know where they were from because I didnt get a booklet and I also couldn't see the ingredients to see for my childs allergies.
Instead of offering me a free box they said they would just send me another booklet! WHAT! I already discarded the box. They should have resolved it with a discount or better yet a free box.
I canceled as of today and will be making a review. They also could never get my online log in right---the dashboard couldn't remember my past orders from the time I have had it 3 months. The company is so disorganized and customer service has been very unhelpful every time I write in.
Terrible experience! The company auto renewed a year subscription that was a gift for a friend. We marked it as a gift when we signed up. I called and messaged them asking them to cancel the renewal before any boxes had been delivered. They out right refused and now we’re out $120. I don’t know of any other company that would not cancel a subscription before any goods have been delivered! Terrible policies, terrible customer service.
Like many others have mentioned, they send the same type of snacks and it's starting to get old. First box was amazing, 2nd and 3rd was pretty alright, and then they just got too repetitive. I used to be so excited to receive my munchpak every month but now I'm just bored. It's always different variations of corn snacks, oreo type cookies, and chewy/sour candy. Nothing truly unique. I also would like an equal mix of sweet and savory snacks but out of 10 snacks only like 2 are savory and the rest are sweets. Probably gonna end my subscription soon...
